Senior Director Client Services
and Marketing

Description:
Reporting to the Vice President of Client Services and Marketing, the
successful candidate must possess a proven track record of exceptional
sales and a passion for selling, prospecting, and building long-term relationships
in mid-sized to Fortune 500 customer centric organizations.
- Prospect and grow account base
- Develop sales strategies for accounts,
prepare responses to RFI and RFP's, qualify sales opportunities, prepare
and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Fully utilize business/industry expertise,
in combination with high-level technical knowledge, to effectively demonstrate
how Zero Attrition solutions will meet potential and existing client
needs.
- Gather business requirements and work
closely with Zero Attrition staff to successful post-sales implementation
of the Zero Attrition solution. This includes participating in the early
stages of implementation to help clearly define business requirements
and needs.
- Manage ongoing account relationships,
providing world-class service and support.
Qualifications:
- Network of contacts and industry experience
with Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer in the CRM market.
- Self-starter that can work independently
- Demonstrated ability to understand and
analyze business problems through effective interaction with all levels
of internal and client organizations.
- Communicate technical and business concepts
in both written and verbal form to all levels of users.
- At least 3-5 years' experience in Software
and Enterprise Application Sales in a Customer-Relationship Management
(CRM) and/or Credit Risk Management environment is preferred.
- Excellent communications and presentations
skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, Applied
Mathematics/Statistics or other related field an asset.
